Our online gift vouchers can be used online by you or the recipient to purchase any items available on our Smiley Myley online shop. Our vouchers are in the following values: £10, £20, £25, £50, £75 & £100
When you purchase a gift voucher on our online store, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift voucher code that you or your friend can use at checkout to redeem its value.
A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.

If the balance available on the gift voucher is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can go ahead and click Complete order.

If the balance available on the gift voucher is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
NOTE
If you are purchasing a gift voucher for someone else, then you will need to forward the gift voucher email to the recipient.
When ordering please only place one order per Gift Voucher recipient. If you are wishing to buy a number of Gift Vouchers for different recipients please do so separately.
Terms and conditions of Gift Vouchers: Smiley Myley Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers can be used online to purchase any items available on the Smiley Myley online shop. Gift Vouchers cannot be used without the Gift Voucher code, they cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other Gift Vouchers and are not refundable.
Delivery will be made to the address which you provide to us as the delivery address when submitting your order.
Delivery times vary depending on what time the order reaches us and the next available posting date. All items are shipped by second class signed for delivery via Royal Mail.
We aim to deliver within 3-10 working days for stock items. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately by email to notify you of an expected delivery date or to offer you a refund.
We do send an email notification once your item has been shipped.
